Welcome to Trigo Food + Drink, a culinary haven nestled in the rural community of Lafleche, South-Central Saskatchewan. Our small yet dedicated team, comprised of just four passionate individuals, is driven by our unwavering commitment to delivering unique and unforgettable dining experiences.
At Trigo, we wholeheartedly embrace the diversity of global cuisines. Our culinary journey takes us far and wide, exploring flavors, cooking methods, and regional nuances. With a deep-rooted love for food, we meticulously craft high-quality, homemade dishes. We utilize fresh local ingredients and source the finest global components, ensuring every bite is a taste of perfection.
Our menus are a testament to our dedication, offering multi-course dining experiences that typically span 4 to 7 courses. We encourage you to savor each moment, as our Tasting Menus may take between 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 hours to enjoy, depending on your party's size. At Trigo, there's no need to rush. Relax, unwind, and indulge in the culinary journey we've prepared for you.
To complement your dining experience, we offer an extensive selection of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. Our menus and tasting notes are readily accessible through a tablet at your table or a QR code on your smart device.

At Trigo Food + Drink, we take pride in being a boutique restaurant, offering an intimate dining atmosphere. To ensure that your visit with us is seamless and enjoyable, we have a reservation policy in place.

Due to our limited seating capacity, we strongly recommend making advance reservations. Booking your table is simple and can be done through:

Reservation Commitment
When you secure a reservation with us, your table is exclusively reserved for the entirety of your evening. We never double-book tables, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience.
Confirmation and Timing
To keep you well-informed and ensure a seamless experience, we will send immediate confirmation notices via text message upon reservation. Additionally, you can expect a second follow-up confirmation approximately 4-5 days before your reserved date.
Timely Arrivals
In consideration of fellow diners and to provide exceptional guest service, we kindly request that you arrive at the restaurant promptly at your reservation time. This allows us to maintain a smooth and enjoyable dining atmosphere for everyone.
Special Dietary Needs
We understand that dietary preferences and allergies vary. To accommodate your specific requirements and provide you with the best possible dining experience, please notify us of any allergies or menu substitutions well in advance of your reservation date.

Service Gratuity
For parties of 8 or more, an 18% gratuity will automatically be applied to ensure our dedicated staff are recognized for their exceptional service. Thank you for choosing to dine with us.
